Carnival Row is a neo-noir fantasy web television series created by René Echevarria and Travis Beacham that premiered on Amazon Prime Video. Nerdist teamed up with Monte Cook Games, Legendary Television, and Amazon Studios to develop an original tabletop role-playing game with new characters that exist in the same universe of Carnival Row. The tabletop role-playing game consisted of five-part behind-the-scenes series “Into Carnival Row” and a one-shot RPG “Carnival Row The Heist On The Row” to help guide the audience through the creation of the characters and how the finished product tabletop role-playing game is played. I collaborated with the Nerdist team to best translate the aesthetic from the Carnival Row universe to all digital content outputs such as YouTube thumbnails, opening titles, key art, and Instagram TV posts.
